An Introduction to Sex to Spirit Training
This training consists of 7 weekends, based on 7 chakra system of classical tantra. You can take part either by signing up for the entire training or join one at a time in any order suitable to you. As chakras have no hierarchy therefore it doesn’t matter from where you begin. after completing all 7 modules you will receive a certificate of completion. This training is open for singles as well as couples.
Sex to Spirit tantra training is an invitation to those who would like to start their tantric journey from a space of safety, relaxation and depth. This is a training that will create a solid foundation by giving you experience, information and understanding of authentic tantric path so that you can have blue print to navigate thereafter. During this training you will be invited to experience on physical, emotional and energetic level a deep resonance to what tantra is all about.
How does a day look like during the training?
08.00 – 09.30 – Morning Practices
09.30 – 11.00 – Breakfast
11.00 – 13.30 – Second Session of meditation based on chakra
13.30 – 15.30 – Lunch Break
15.30 – 18.00 – Afternoon Session
18.00 – 19.30 – Dinner Break
19.30 – 21.00 – Night ritual, party and meditation
