Tantra in Everyday Life
A 1-Day Experiential Introduction to Tantra with Swami Anahata
Prague – Maitrea | Saturday 21 November 2026 | 10:00–19:00
Tantra is not only for advanced practitioners or couples.
Tantra can become part of everyday life – in the way you breathe, touch, relate and experience life itself.
This 1-day workshop with Swami Anahata is created especially for beginners and curious people who want to experience Tantra in a safe, simple and practical way.
You do not need any previous experience.
You only need curiosity, openness and willingness to explore.
What You Will Experience
●
This workshop is a practical introduction to Tantra as a living path.
●
During the day, Swami Anahata will guide you through teachings, meditations & body-based practices and exercises.
●
You will learn how to slow down, feel more, breathe deeper, connect with your body, awaken your energy and meet yourself and others with more awareness.
●
This day is a bridge between an introductory lecture and a deeper Tantric retreat — short, accessible and still powerful enough to give you a real feel of the path.
Why We Created This Workshop
Many people are curious about Tantra, but they do not know where to start. A full retreat can feel too big and the word “Tantra” brings questions.
That is why we created this one-day workshop – short, practical, accessible and affordable.
We want to bring Tantra into everyday life, relationships, bodies, homes and hearts. That is why introductory price is intentionally low, although spaces are still limited to only 20 people.
This workshop is an invitation into a more conscious and alive way of living.
This Workshop Is For You If You
●
– are curious about Tantra and want a safe and practical first experience
– want to experience Tantra before joining a longer retreat
– are single and want to learn how to practice alone
– are in a couple and want to bring more presence and connection into your relationship
– already know Tantra and want to refresh your energy
– want something deep, but short, accessible and affordable
You can come alone, with a partner or with a friend.
