3 DAYS TO SACRED INTIMACY
DAY 1
Today we will begin with a very strong exercise called Eye Gazing. It takes 10 minutes and it will help you and your partner to open up and connect on a much deeper level.
DESCRIPTION
Sit in front of each other on the floor. You knees are touching. Now bow down to each other and place your hands connected to one another as shown in the video. Hands are resting on the knees.
Take a moment to look onto each other and relax into each other’s presence before you begin the practice.
Now begin the practice by looking into each others eyes with a soft gaze. Remain relaxed and just allow your eyes to meet without any particular object to see or feel anything. Remain open to the experiences that are unfolding within you and with your partner. Remain non judgemental about whatever is happening.
After 10 minutes bow down to each other and this practice is completed.
When you are done, you can reflect on the experience together, enjoy the rest of the day and return tomorrow for the next exercise.
