Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling: Clients are allowed to reschedule their session at no additional cost if done at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Please email or call to request a rescheduling.

Cancellations: Clients are allowed to cancel their session at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the session, a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost will be charged. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund.

No Shows: If a client does not show up for their session without prior notice, the session will be considered as completed and no refund will be given.

Late Arrivals: Sessions will start at the scheduled time. It is the responsibility of the client to be on time. If a client arrives late, the session will end at the originally scheduled end time and there will be no refund or adjustment for the lost time.

Session Cancellation by the Coach: If a session needs to be cancelled by the coach, clients will be notified as soon as possible and will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule to a later date.
